Torre brothers’ unique approach

Brothers Ross and Raymond Torre literally stake their names on every home they build, with their company, Rosmond Custom Homes, a fitting blend of their monikers.

The luxury custom-home builder was established 25 years ago by Ross, who was eventually joined by Raymond, with their backgrounds as hands-on tradesman giving them an eye for detail as well as quality craftsmanship.

Ross said Rosmond built no more than 35 homes per year in order to maintain a high level of workmanship, quality and customer service.

He said the company also built apartments, unit and townhouse developments and specialised in narrow-lot homes.

“From the first meeting to handing over the keys, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible,” he said.

“We know full well that creating custom-built homes of outstanding quality is not just about the formation of bricks and mortar.

“It’s also about professional teamwork, with open and transparent communications during every aspect of the design and build journey, for the completion of an individual home that answers the client brief in every way.”

Raymond said the brothers saw themselves not just as builders but as problem solvers, backed by a highly professional team including some of Perth’s top tradespeople.

He said this resulted in superior builds, which were often recognised by the industry for awards.

“Our designers are second to none, and many of our tradespeople have been with us for years, making us one of the most experienced and accomplished home building companies in WA,” he said.

“We pride ourselves on maintaining the utmost quality of workmanship throughout the entire project, from the preliminary client liaison and drafting, to building and finishing the home down to the very last detail.”

Rosmond Custom Homes offered a total design and build service, Ross said.

“Many people seeking a unique home design spend thousands on architect’s fees only to experience less-than desirable outcomes and cost blowouts,” he said.

“Our talented design team can create striking contemporary and classic architectural solutions without the need to engage an external architect.”

Ross said Rosmond clients also knew the bottom dollar from the get-go, with the company working to a fixed-price contract which clearly identified exclusions.

“With Rosmond Custom Homes, the price you agree on is all you pay,” he said.

“With our names embedded in the Rosmond name, it’s with personal pride that we seek to uphold our reputation in every job we do.”
